I brought my 2013 VW Beetle in for it's 10k service plus a recall on the electric window motors. Also, I had an issue with the plastic undercarriage in the front. Allan was able to get me in a loaner for the day, so I didn't miss a minute of work. My car was ready at the end of the day and it had even been washed! I love the service I receive at Herman Cook.
