Again and again Sergio...you are the best!!! I confess that I felt a discomfort in my stomach days prior to take my Jetta for the 40k service. After all, it ran out of its free maintenance program after 36k and now it was the time to face reality (pay for the actual service). But thanks to Mr. Sergio in service it was a breeze. He explained to me exactly the importance of doing the right service with the right parts by the hands of the right people and never the less doing it at the right price. My car and I are in a much better shape now and thanks to Sergio I already have the heads up for the next service at 50k. Thank so much Herman Cook for your great job. -- Thiago M
