HCVW Hosts Recycling Event Jan. 4 and 5
Start the new year off the right way by recycling some of your hard-to-get-rid of waste here at Herman Cook VW in Encinitas, CA. That’s right, HCVW is teaming up with the Encinitas Rotary Club and Green Hat Electronics to host a paper shredding and e-waste recycling event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Jan. 4 and 5, 2020, right behind our dealership at 1435 Encinitas Boulevard. So, if you’ve got documents that need to be shredded and/or e-waste that needs to be recycled, come on over this weekend to get it all taken care of simply and easily.
Everything You Need to Know About the Paper Shredding and e-Waste Recycling Event at Herman Cook Volkswagen near Carlsbad and Escondido CA
As we mentioned in our introduction, Herman Cook VW is teaming up with the Encinitas Rotary Club and Green Hat Electronics to host a paper shredding and e-waste recycling event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Jan. 4 and 5 (Saturday and Sunday) right behind the Herman Cook Volkswagen lot at 1435 Encinitas Boulevard. Those interested in getting their documents shredded, the on-site shredder will shred documents at a cost of $7 per banker’s box. Documents must be received before 3 p.m. and all documents received will be shredded on site. Those interested in the e-waste recycling portion of the event can bring their printers, TVs, household appliances, sound equipment, laptops, computers, cellphones, hearing aids, cords, batteries, and more to the lot to be safely recycled. The cost to recycle these items depends on which items you are wanting recycling – with the fees ranging from free to up to $20 for larger appliances.
