Take a look at the models you can expect from the Volkswagen lineup in 2026, and then visit our dealership to see how you can order your very own Volkswagen!
Volkswagen Atlas & Atlas Cross Sport
The biggest update for this model is a new interior design and a refined, powerful, turbocharged engine. The 2026 Volkswagen Atlas will be available in five trims: SE, SE with Technology, Peak Edition, SEL, and SEL Premium R-Line. For 2026, Volkswagen states that SE with Technology models and above will receive a factory-installed HomeLink® mirror. Like the Atlas, the 2026 Volkswagen Atlas will also be available in five trims: SE, SE with Technology, Peak Edition, SEL, and SEL Premium R-Line.
Volkswagen Golf GTI & Golf R
For 2026, the Golf GTI will be available in S, SE, and Autobahn trims, while the Golf R will only be available as a standard model with the Euro Style Package. The Golf R will be adding Graphite Gray Metallic as an exterior color option for 2026.
Volkswagen ID.4
The 2026 Volkswagen ID.4 will be available in five trims: Entry (Pro, AWD Pro), S (Pro S, AWD Pro S), and S Plus (AWD Pro S Plus). S Plus models will be equipped with a factory-installed HomeLink mirror. The ID.4 is said to have changes and updates midway through 2026, but Volkswagen has yet to announce these updates.
Volkswagen ID. Buzz
The Volkswagen ID. Buzz was introduced in 2025 as a reimagining of the classic Microbus Van. The ID. Buzz is a more compact, all-electric version of the Microbus that blends the nostalgic design of the original Microbus with a sleek, modern look. We don’t have too many details on trims or other features of the 2026 ID. Buzz as of now.
Volkswagen Jetta & Jetta GLI
The trims for the 2026 Jetta and the 2026 Jetta GLI will be S, Sport, SE, SEL, and GLI Autobahn. SE trims will come standardly equipped with a sunroof, and rear-seat pretensioners will become standard on all Jetta and Jetta GLI models. The SEL trim will come with an eight-speaker premium Volkswagen audio system. The Jetta GLI Autobahn will also come with this premium audio system, as well as steering wheel-mounted push buttons.
Volkswagen Taos
The 2026 Volkswagen Taos will be available in the following trims: S, SE, SE Black, and SEL. Like the Jetta, SEL trims will come with an eight-speaker premium Volkswagen audio system. Rear-seat pretensioners will be standard on 2026 models, and wireless charging will be upgraded to 15W midway through 2026.
Volkswagen Tiguan
The 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan will be available in S, SE, SE R-Line Black, and a new SEL R-Line Turbo. The new SEL R-Line Turbo trim has a 2.0L engine capable of up to 268 hp to elevate the way you drive! No matter which trim you choose, you’ll be able to take advantage of the Travel Assist system with Assisted Lane Change for more confident and secure driving.
