Routine maintenance service was performed along with an inspection of the vehicle to eliminate any other potential problems. Daytime running lightbulb was replaced as requested. However the replacement of a broken reflector will require another visit which is disappointing since the request was made at the same time the appointment was requested a week before the service.

Called for an appointment for a dead battery - I had it on a charger so it wasn't totally dead. They had me come in an hour later. The Service Advisor, Ricardo, was as usual friendly and professional. They told me it would be about an hour so I waited in the AC waiting area. An hour later I was on my way. The price was right and I put the charge on my VW Service Card - 0 % for 6 months plus a $25 rebate card from VW. I had to know about the rebate and go on line for the form as the cashier didn't know what I was talking about. In these times every penny counts. Cook VW is the best!

I would not take my car anywhere else. They do great work and are HONEST. The company is closed on Sundays for their employees to enjoy the day with their families. They are flexible (I needed to change my appointment time) and friendly. The location is great too because one can walk to restaurants and all types of businesses. My car is always clean and perfect. They get it done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this dealership. When the time comes for a new car, I will only buy from Herman Cook because of the service department!
