I usually feel like a valued customer at this dealership. The service manager was great, and they took care of my car. This visit didn't get 5 stars because the price I was charged was substantially more than the price I was quoted on the phone, and the cashier didn't have a professional or empathetic demeanor. I was also quoted a $30 off coupon on the phone. My usual service advisor, who quoted me, was not working the day I had service. When I went to pay, I asked if the coupon had been applied and the cashier rolled her eyes and asked if I had it with me, I let her know the SA had said it would be on my account. She audibly huffed before deducting the $30. The price was still $100 higher than quoted, but I had added on windshield wiper blades. All in all the check out experience really soured me on this visit. The higher price was bad, the cashier's poor attitude made it all worse. Very disappointing.

The service staff was very friendly. They listened to me describe my vehicle issues and gave me options on repair. They repaired my car within one day and also cleaned and washed it. I'm very satisfied with Herman Cook's Service Team.

I love this service center and drive across town when my car needs anything:) Ricardo does a wonderful job of interacting with customers and explaining why things are needed and giving updates etc! He’s the best:)

All good, it was just regular maintenance but they did everything they were supposed to and didn't damage/scratch the car.

She made everything easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how transparent everyone was throughout the process. I never felt pressured to add anything extra to my car or make a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. The whole experience was honestly great from start to finish. I would 100% recommend coming here, especially if you want a dealership that is honest, transparent, and truly cares about their customers!

I’ve driven Volkswagens most of my life. Herman Cook VW is by far the best service department I’ve experienced. Alan and Ricardo are friendly and knowledgeable. They keep me posted on the progress of the service appointment. Highly recommend.
